The staff was largely pleasant, with only a few hiccups with room cleanliness and maintenance. Although some issues were present, the overall aesthetic of the hotel was appealing.

The hotel had a great location and nice lobby. Rooms were a bit outdated with old furniture. Some areas needed upkeep like broken furniture. Staff generally friendly, but housekeeping was lacking. Beds were soft. Enjoyed the pools and ambiance despite some room issues.

Central heating, a private safe and pay television inside the double room were handy. The venue was in a central location so close to restaurants, Bethpage golf course and bars. The service was excellent, including attentive staff and an amazing bar. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

Its breakfast definitely should be included.

Stay was GREAT, location was a bit squishy but staff like Negassi and Kathy made it cozy. Breakfast was awful though. Would choose again for the amazing pool! Photos don't do it justice.

The European bread at the dining area was straight out of a foodie's dream—crispy crusts and soft, airy insides that transport you to a Parisian boulangerie. The Executive Lounge spread was top-notch, with warm muffins and a caring touch from Kathy, a true gem. Plus, refrigerators in the room and a lobby microwave made snacking a breeze.

Rooms were a bit outdated, with TVs that seemed stuck in the past with horrible reception. Heating systems had a mind of their own, either blasting hot air or leaving rooms chilly.

I found a hotel recently that was pretty cool. They have a restaurant that serves American food for lunch and dinner. The place also has a 24-hour fitness center and both indoor and outdoor pools. I liked how they offered late check-out so I could relax a bit more. The hotel is in a good location with easy access to nearby offices. Plus, the rooms are comfy with modern amenities. I even got to enjoy the spa tub! Oh, and did I mention the shuttle service? It's like having a personal chauffeur! Cheers!

WOW, what a gem! The staff was top-notch—they made me feel so welcomed and at home. The lobby was gorgeous, and the modern, spacious rooms were spotless. The outdoor pool was a hit, and I even managed to squeeze in a workout in the spacious fitness center. The cozy Starbucks barista always brightened my mornings. The only tiny hiccup was a slightly wonky bathroom door, but that didn't dampen the experience one bit. Can't wait for my next trip back! 🌟

The fitness centre and business centre were convenient for my work needs, and the hotel's facilities provided adequate space for the event.

I missed having a dedicated co-working space where I could work in a more collaborative environment with other attendees.

Excellent Pool Area and Courteous Staff, Room set up was nice and spotless, the restaurant within the hotel was enjoyable aswell. However, the lack of elevator service made moving around the hotel challenging.

Though the rooms and service need improvement, the location is great. Mixed experience, but Yvette's exceptional service stands out, making a return visit likely.

The room was comfortable and the indoor pool was a hit with the kids. the property was clean and the staff provided excellent service, especially Glen at the bar and Yolanda, the manager. the location was also convenient, and the restaurant staff, particularly Negrassi, went above and beyond. a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.

Despite some noise disturbances, the overall stay was memorable and enjoyable.

As someone with physical handicaps, I loved that the hotel had a rental car office available on-site. It made it much easier for me to get around and explore the area. Additionally, Yvette, the rep who helped us with both the rental car and the snack area, was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness were top-notch. She truly made a difference in our stay and will be the main reason we return. The hotel also offered a lovely large lobby with a busy bar, which created a lively and vibrant atmosphere.

The staff at this hotel were mind-blowingly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. Although there was a shortage of staff at the front desk at times, they were always quick to assist and even the Avis Rent A Car team pitched in. The hotel rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the ambiance was jaw-droppingly beautiful. The free parking was convenient, and the customer service from Ty and the front desk staff was top-notch. The restaurant had a friendly waitress and the food was delicious. The family-friendly amenities, including the gorgeous pool, made the stay even more enjoyable. Despite not having a romantic evening, everything else exceeded expectations.

I chose to stay at the Hilton solely for its proximity to the Walt Whitman Trail, a location I've been longing to explore. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent facilities, especially the concierge services and the delectable American cuisine at The Atrium Bistro which made my stay even more enjoyable.
